This role is critical to driving new business by proactively engaging potential customers and qualifying leads to fuel the sales pipeline. The position exists to ensure consistent, high-quality appointment setting that supports the sales team's efforts and helps the company meet ambitious growth targets. Hiring for this role enables the client to streamline their lead management process and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales funnel.
The Impact You'll Make
Lead Engagement & Qualification
- Proactively contact potential customers through phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Qualify leads based on client criteria to identify high-potential prospects
- Set appointments and coordinate schedules with the sales team
Sales Funnel Management
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to nurture prospects
- Update and manage customer information accurately within the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and customer experience
Performance & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales qualification targets
- Adapt quickly to new sales strategies and product updates
CRM & Reporting
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to track interactions and progress
- Provide timely and accurate reports on lead status and sales activities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Prior experience in the automotive industry sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working independently with strong initiative and accountability
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What To Expect
Work Setup:

- 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time with rotational rest days
Compensation:
- $5 per hour
