Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant

Description: Full-Time (40+ hours per 5-day work week, including Saturdays) position with a set, predictable schedule. Candidates must be dependable and trustworthy, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience preferred, but not required. Training is available for individuals of high integrity who possess the drive to be the best and have a passion for customer service. Pay-to-Train Programs include extensive factory and automotive dealership product and sales training. The ideal candidate works in a professional yet friendly manner and is proficient in verbal and written communication.
Sales & Leasing Consultants demonstrate brand product knowledge (such as model and trim offerings), finance product knowledge (Auto Butler, Extended Service Warranties, etc.), and general automotive knowledge for our customers.
In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting customers in the purchase or lease of vehicles, including preparing documentation for deal processing. Educating customers on services and offerings in the dealership. Maintaining customer relationships through phone, email, and service visit follow-ups Meeting sales goals and objectives on a monthly basis. Other duties, as assigned by the General Sales Manager. Requirements: Requirements: Knowledge of dealership and/or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Driving Record Must be at least 18 years of age
