Automotive Sales Manager- KIA

Power KIA is looking for a qualified, driven and honest Automotive Sales Manager. This position requires a team player who is willing to manage a team, make deals happen and make people better. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Able to meet and continue to meet manufacturers' training requirements. Previous sales/marketing experience preferred. Professional appearance and customer orientated attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff. Able to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods, which will include exposure to ambient heat and cold, sun, rain, snow, and other weather conditions. Able to work a flexible schedule and varying hours, which will include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday work.
RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
