As our Automotive Sales Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the sales department- managing by walking around , leading with enthusiasm, and setting the tone for a high-performance culture. You'll be expected to close deals , coach your team in real time, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional. Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring: Prior automotive sales management experience Strong CRM and inventory management skills Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process Valid driver's license and clean MVR Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to meet deadlines and exceed sales goals Availability for days, evenings, and Saturdays
