About the Role:
As our Automotive Sales Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the sales department- managing by walking around , leading with enthusiasm, and setting the tone for a high-performance culture. You'll be expected to close deals , coach your team in real time, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively lead and support the sales team throughout the day- not from behind a desk
Be involved in every stage of the deal-from greeting to close
Drive performance through hands-on coaching , accountability, and energy
Manage and optimize digital retailing tools and online deal workflows
Ensure timely follow-up and engagement through CRM and digital platforms
Collaborate with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and process improvement

Experience with digital retail platforms and online deal structuring
Highly punctual , organized, and detail-oriented

Requirements
What You Bring: Prior automotive sales management experience
Strong CRM and inventory management skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and exceed sales goals
Availability for days, evenings, and Saturdays
