Sales Manager
to oversee our market exclusive Lincoln operation.
Our Lincoln brand is in full growth mode and in need of someone with:
Vision for growth Prior Automotive Management experience Experienced in Luxury retail brands Ability to hire, lead and train a small successful group of luxury sales associates Believes in a culture of serving both our associates and customers Driven to set and obtain goals for the department

Responsibilities
Sales Manager:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales department Develop and execute strategies for inventory acquisition, pricing, and marketing Work closely with sales consultants to achieve volume and gross profit goals Analyze market trends and competitor pricing Oversee vehicle merchandising (photos, descriptions, online listings) Train and mentor sales staff Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies
Qualifications/Requirements
