Automotive Sales Manager – Union County, NJ A high-volume, high-performing new car dealership in Union County, NJ is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead an established sales team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage an established team of sales professionals Jump into deals at the right time to overcome objections and secure the sale Serve as a mentor and daily support system to your sales team Support, coach, and train the sales team daily Set the pace for daily activity, follow-up, and sales process execution Collaborate with upper management on monthly goals and team development Monitor sales targets and team performance Handle any escalated customer issues during the sales process Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and team morale Stay current on inventory, manufacturer programs, and digital retail trends Address customer concerns and ensure smooth resolution Promote a culture of integrity, professionalism, and performance What We’re Looking For: Proven track record as a top closer or team leader in automotive retail Hands-on, energetic, and effective on the floor Excellent communication and objection-handling skills Comfortable leading and coaching in real-time Strong sense of urgency and accountability Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed Compensation: Compensation in the $170,000-$250,000 range based on experience and performance.
