Our growing dealership seeks an automotive general sales manager ready to hit the ground running to close deals and maintain sales profitability. Compensation: $180,000 - $280,000 yearly Responsibilities: Accurately record data on existing and potential customers in the CRM system to support sales efforts
Supervise daily activities throughout the showroom to create a work environment marked by happy employees and customers
Help auto group exceed profitability goals by tracking progress to monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
Participate actively in the recruiting process to hire automotive sales representatives for all positions
Increase customer retention and referrals by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in all vehicle sales
Qualifications: Possess a valid driver’s license
Have a strong working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting vehicle sales and the automotive industry, as a whole
Exemplary leadership, organizational, financial, computer proficiency, sales process and management, and interpersonal communications skills are necessary
5+ years of experience in an automotive dealership setting, with a minimum of one year serving in a sales management capacity, is desired
