Responsibilities: Engage with service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities. Build trust and rapport with customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored upgrade options. Collaborate closely with both service and sales departments to ensure a seamless experience. Track and report performance metrics related to service-to-sales conversions. Train and support sales-to-service team in identifying potential upgrade candidates. Maintain detailed knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options. Support customer retention and loyalty efforts through proactive follow-up and outreach.

Skills: Prior experience in automotive sales, service advising, or management strongly preferred. Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Comfortable using CRM tools and dealership software systems. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
