Pay for this position starts at $18-20 / hour and requires availability for any/all shifts including, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call duty.

Front Desk Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Provide customers with professional service and assistance Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location. You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.

Front Desk Customer Service Representative Qualifications Customer service/hospitality experience High school diploma or GED certificate 18 years of age A valid state driver's license Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance testing.
