Overview of the Associate VP, Enterprise Product Sales & Solutions:
We are seeking an ambitious sales professional ready to take the next step in their career as an Associate VP, Enterprise Product Sales & Solutions. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to build on their sales and client relationship experience while learning directly from senior sales leaders.
The Associate VP, Enterprise Product Sales & Solutions will play a key role in supporting revenue growth by strengthening client relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and collaborating across teams to deliver BetaNXT’s innovative solutions to broker-dealers, financial institutions, and strategic partners. This position offers high visibility, exposure to executive leadership, and a clear pathway for advancement into more senior sales leadership roles.
This is a hybrid position based out of either our NYC, Cary, NC, or Brookfield, WI office locations. Regular travel is required for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Associate VP, Enterprise Product Sales & Solutions:
Client Engagement & Sales Support Partner with senior sales executives to execute strategies and meet revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and aligning BetaNXT solutions.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and across new markets.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and select contract discussions with mentorship from senior leaders.
Product & Market Learning Develop expertise in BetaNXT’s product suite and financial technology solutions.
Analyze client usage and provide insights to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to support sales positioning.
Share client feedback with Product Management to shape product enhancements.
Collaboration & Professional Growth Work closely with Account Management, Product Owners, Market Development, and other internal teams to ensure client success.
Provide accurate pipeline updates, reporting, and forecasting in collaboration with senior sales leadership.
Represent BetaNXT at select industry events and conferences to expand networks and knowledge.
Skills and Experience of the Associate VP, Enterprise Product Sales & Solutions:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required, MBA a plus.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within financial services, wealth management, or fintech space.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
Proven ability to contribute to sales results through client engagement and opportunity development.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Growth mindset with eagerness to learn enterprise sales strategy and product expertise.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, team collaboration, and industry events.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package with a minimum base salary of $70,000, commensurate with experience, plus a performance-driven commission plan, generous benefits and PTO offerings.
