Warm/hot leads + paid training. Run discovery/demos and close SMB deals. Typical OTE $50–90k+.
An established organization with 20+ years of B2B/B2C direct-sales success is seeking an outside sales professional to develop and manage relationships with SMB/SME customers.
Primary responsibilities include:
Execute B2B outside sales to acquire new customers, focusing on warm and hot leads rather than heavy cold calling.
Run discovery meetings, design tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Manage accounts post-sale to drive adoption, surface upsell opportunities, and improve retention.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM; track activities, forecast, and report performance.
Partner with technical and product teams to scope solutions aligned with client needs.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to adjust territory strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience preferred; background in technology or telecommunications is a plus.
Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and common sales-enablement tools.
Data-oriented approach; comfortable with KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasting.
Self-motivated, adaptable, effective in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
