Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy B2B Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in both organic outreach (LinkedIn, email) and paid advertising (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads) who thrives on turning strategy into consistent sales opportunities.
You’ll work directly with our marketing and leadership teams to generate high-quality leads, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue across multiple channels.
Responsibilities: Plan, build, and manage B2B lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn and email. Write and execute cold outreach sequences to generate qualified conversations. Launch and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Google. Conduct audience research and list building for targeted outreach. Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs (CPL, CTR, booked calls). Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align messaging with offers. Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and outreach best practices.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital sales. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo), and CRMs. Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Strong writing skills for email and ad copy. Knowledge of funnel strategy, retargeting, and performance marketing. Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines. Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar sales automation tools.
