to serve as the trusted partner between our clients and new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of business clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and growth goals
Build strategic, long-term relationships that foster client retention, loyalty, and expansion
Partner with decision-makers to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Proactively monitor client accounts to anticipate challenges and deliver value-driven outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and deliver exceptional service
Provide insights on industry trends and client feedback to inform business strategy and innovation
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 1–3 years in account management, client success, or B2B relationship management
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
A consultative, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
Proven ability to meet performance targets while prioritizing client satisfaction
Full-time availability and a passion for developing within the business services space
