Job Overview B2B Field Sales Role – Get Paid to Lock In Business Accounts Location: Houston, TX + Surrounding Areas Schedule: Flexible — recommended 3 hours a day, 3 days a week Pay: 10% commission on closed contracts (recurring if the contract stays active) What This Role Is This is a B2B field sales position where you visit businesses in person and pitch our mobile detailing services to companies that operate fleets or vehicles. You choose your own hours, but a recommended schedule is 3 hours a day, 3 days a week (any day Monday–Sunday). Your main objective is simple: secure regular detailing accounts (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Once you lock in the deal, our operations team takes over the service delivery. You get paid off the contract, not the labor. How You Get Paid Earn 10% commission of the total contract value. Example: If a business signs up for $2,000/month in detailing and stays for a year, that's $24,000 — you earn $2,400. If you secure $40,000 worth of accounts, you earn $4,000. The more accounts you bring in, the more you stack. As long as the business stays on the contract, you continue to get paid. Sample Weekly Schedule You decide your days and times. A recommended schedule is: Tuesday, 10am–1pm – Walk into 8–12 businesses Thursday, 12pm–3pm – Follow-ups and new leads Saturday, 9am–12pm – Target dealerships or open shops Target Clients We focus on businesses with vehicles, such as: Contractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC) Real estate agents Car dealerships Trucking/logistics companies Pest control businesses Security companies Delivery fleets Prospecting is simple: use Google Maps, Yelp, or drive around and stop in person. What You'll Do Each Day Prepare Dress clean and professional. Bring business cards, flyers, your phone with photos (before & after work), and a clipboard with a sign-up form (optional). * Walk In and Open Example introduction:"Hi, I'm Jordy with Auto Pure Mobile Detailing. We help local businesses keep their work vehicles professionally cleaned at their location. We're offering business accounts with discounted fleet pricing — is there someone here who manages your company vehicles?" * Ask Questions "How many vehicles do you have?" "Do you get them cleaned regularly?" "Would it help to have someone come directly to your lot every week?" * Pitch the Offer Present our packages: weekly or biweekly cleanings, on-site, with all supplies included. Offer a free demo or first-time discount to break the ice. * Close the Deal Collect basic details: business name, contact person, number of vehicles, frequency, and price discussed. Pass the details to us — we'll finalize and service the account. What You're Selling Fleet Wash Packages (weekly or biweekly) Interior Shampoo & Deep Clean Ceramic Coating Options Add-ons: engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, etc. All services are mobile. We come to the client's location. After You Land a Contract Send us the lead and details. We confirm the agreement. You receive your 10% commission. As long as the business stays active, you keep getting paid. Bonus Earning Potential If you want to take on detailing work, you can earn additional pay on top of sales commissions. Or you can stay strictly in sales and collect residual commissions from your contracts.
