Business Development Associate (Part-Time) We've designed this role to be the job we wish we had between the ages of 18 and 25: hands-on, entrepreneurial, and tied directly to results. You'll be on the front lines of growing our business, helping us build what's essentially a "real estate empire" of rental filtered water coolers. Our customers range from municipalities, financial services firms, law offices, marinas, churches, and schools to industrial parks, hotels, and more - generally any workplace with more than five employees. You can check out our website . What You'll Do Distribute 50 flyers per week to local businesses (we'll provide flyers). Handing out 50 flyers to businesses will take roughly 5 hours. Record where you left each flyer and make a few quick notes for tracking purposes. Introduce Pure Point to potential customers in your assigned area. Optionally, continue the conversation with interested businesses, but your core responsibility is distribution and logging. Comp Structure
We pay for performance while covering basic costs. You'll earn a weekly stipend of $100 to cover gas, etc. For every business that rents a cooler after receiving your flyer, you'll earn: $100 per cooler sold (e.g., if a dental office rents two coolers, you earn $200. If an industrial customer rents 17 coolers, you earn $1,700). 5% of the monthly recurring revenue for as long as that customer stays with us. With an average contract lasting 50 months, a cooler you help place today could still be generating income for you in 2030. We'll kick off with a half-day session at our headquarters in Old Greenwich. You'll learn about our products, our customers, and our sales approach before heading out into the field with our team to put it into action. Start Date
