B2B Sales Representative – Industrial Rigging & Relocation Services Cincinnati, OH (HQ-based with regional and national travel) Henke Industrial, LLC is a family-owned industrial services company specializing in turnkey rigging, machinery relocation, and cross-border projects. We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to expand our customer base and secure projects ranging from $50,000 to $7 million . What You’ll Do Develop and close new business opportunities with manufacturers, industrial clients, and relocation projects. Balance quick-turn regional jobs with long-cycle, high-value projects. Travel regionally (day trips) and nationally (overnight stays) to meet with clients. Represent Henke Industrial with professionalism, likability, and strong relationship-building skills. Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records in company systems. Collaborate with leadership to build long-term recurring business. What We Offer Base salary: $60,000–$65,000, depending on experience. Uncapped commission on gross revenue: 1.5% on annual sales up to $2M. 2.5% on annual sales above $2M. Paid in three stages: contract award (10%), first payment (40%), and progress collections (50%).
