About the Role Title: Business Development Representative Focus: Relationship-building and community outreach Type: Full-time, field-based You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with: Property managers Facility managers Realtors Contractors Senior assisted living facilities Local community partners This is a relationship-driven position, not a quick-close sales role. You’re the face of the company — creating trust, staying top of mind, and generating steady opportunities.
