Position Overview:
The B2B Sales Support Specialist - Corp Sales will play a key role in supporting our business-to-business sales efforts by providing exceptional administrative, operational, and customer service support. This is a Hybrid role, in office 2 days a week.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following:
- Review and process inbound B2B leads from HF and WGC programs based on qualifying parameters, and pass them to the intern team for CRM entry
- Support the Inside Sales Manager on key growth initiatives such as reactivation and referral campaigns
- Proactively engage with existing B2B customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly sales goals and outreach targets
- Partner cross-functionally with the B2B Sales Operations, Data Entry, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery

Educational and/or Work Experience Qualifications:
- Associate Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft D365 preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Pay: $57K - $62K
