This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of B2B sales experience who is ready to step into a larger territory role. Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales across the East Coast territory, with a focus on food & beverage manufacturers.</span>
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and trade events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with R&D, marketing, procurement, and purchasing teams.</span>
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to deliver customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from first introduction through project completion and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline progress.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Travel up to 50% of the time, including regular company-paid trips to headquarters.
Requirements:
- 25 years of B2B sales experience (ingredients, flavors, or food/beverage industries preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter who can work independently and proactively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
