Description of the role:

Tipton Motor Sales, LLC is seeking a motivated BDC Sales Agent to join our team in Brownsville, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, texts and emails to prospective customers
• Set appointments and generate business for the dealership
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, text and chat
• Follow up with leads to convert them into customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, work load and personal metrics for weekly reports 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service 
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and a can-do attitude! 
• Fast learner
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work load
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office 
• Fluid in English and Spanish is a must
• Team player 
• FULL TIME (no part time available) 

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
