Position Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from national chain retail partners to manage account inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution
- Foster collaboration with corporate and store-level contacts to drive growth and enhance sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor personnel, corporate buyers, and suppliers to understand and meet customer needs effectively
- Utilize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems for efficient processing of orders, invoices, and payments to support inside sales functions
- Monitor performance metrics and sales activities to track progress against set objectives and identify areas for improvement
- Leverage data and insights to influence sales strategies and support brand and category growth within the assigned accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 6 plus months of related experience
