Ideal Candidate must be fluent in Spanish, have genuine passion for boating and a strong understanding of boats and industry. They will be efficient and proactive in their responsibilities and aid in achieving company goals by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures.

As a Sales Consultant, you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service.

This is a performance-based, 100 % COMMISSION ONLY position, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and product knowledge Proactively engage with potential customers in the community Identify customer needs and recommend suitable watersports solutions Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships Foster long-term customer loyalty and encourage referrals Stay informed on industry trends, events, and share updates with clients Explain warranties and dealership service policies clearly Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and financing regulations Support and participate in promotional events such as boat shows and auctions Requirements:
