Bilingual Business Development Manager - Fuel Sales RTS Carrier Services is seeking a motivated salesperson to join our sales team. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts for RTS Carrier Services. The role will target new customers while developing and growing existing accounts in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality. Responsibilities Understand and perform all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accounts Develop new business deals, negotiate business terms and lead the negotiation process Identify and develop strategic sales efforts and divisional cross-selling opportunities Build and maintain new and current customer relationships Ensure all required processes are used to maximize yield, consistent with strategies set by senior management Participate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans Assess market potential, competitive pricing and profitability for existing business models and develop documentation for new models Assist in product marketing, including product launch management, new business development, presentations, sales tools and competitive analysis Continually refine processes to stay in front of customers in relevant industries Track metrics for all programs and activities Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development experience required 5+ years of business development experience preferred Demonstrated track record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone Experience with high call volume (cold calling) and face-to-face sales Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product line Attention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysis Passion for success and contributing to the long-term growth of the organization Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment Bilingual skills with fluency in English and one of the following languages (must be able to speak, read and write both languages with business vocabulary) Spanish Portuguese Russian Uzbek
