We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll spend your day connecting with potential clients over the phone, building relationships, and helping them find the right coverage for their needs.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to new prospects and follow up on warm leads.
Provide excellent customer service while walking clients through their options.
Accurately gather client information, prepare quotes, and complete applications.
Track your sales activity and maintain notes in the CRM system.
Work toward achieving monthly sales goals with the support of a collaborative team.
What We’re Looking For
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license, or willingness to obtain one.
Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets.
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn and grow.
