Responsibilities Identify and qualify sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases Assist customers with professionalism, addressing questions and providing solutions Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and supportive work environment

Requirement Fluency in English and Spanish CT Personal Lines or P&C license required Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly Willingness to learn, be coachable, and stay resourceful A positive, team-oriented attitude with the drive to succeed
