Mon-Fri Schedule

• Identify and qualify sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
• Assist customers with professionalism, addressing questions and providing solutions
• Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and supportive work environment

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• CT Personal Lines or P&C license required
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly
• Willingness to learn, be coachable, and stay resourceful
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the drive to succeed
