Requirement Licensed P&C professional (Nevada) required Bilingual (Spanish & English) required Proven closer with measurable sales results (1+ year of commissioned sales experience preferred) High-energy, self-motivated, and able to perform without micromanagement Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented office Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills Coachable and growth-minded committed to professional excellence Must be willing and able to work full-time in our Las Vegas office
