• Licensed P&C professional (Nevada) required
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
• Proven closer with measurable sales results (1+ year of commissioned sales experience preferred)
• High-energy, self-motivated, and able to perform without micromanagement
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented office
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills
