This role focuses on making meaningful connections with our customers, excelling at building new relationships while deepening existing ones. As a Mobile Associate, you will: Develop skills to serve and sell effectively, providing an exceptional customer experience and fostering loyalty. Assist customers in resuming their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology through hands-on experiences. Engage in collaborative selling to find personalized solutions for our customers, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Approach service and sales tasks with integrity, compassion, and composure. Additionally, you will learn to: Utilize digital tools to inform customers about T-Mobile’s offerings, such as our extensive coverage and plans. Complete training in T-Mobile's in-store experience, enhancing your skills and understanding of systems. Maximize your time on shift by seeking information and learning about innovations in wireless technology. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (Required). 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. A passion for customer advocacy and delivering enjoyable interactions (Required). A competitive spirit with proven success in a dynamic sales environment (Required). A willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, contributing to a positive atmosphere while resolving customer issues (Required). Ability to balance performance goals with customer service needs (Required). Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Incentives: In the first 90 days at T-Mobile, you'll receive on-the-job training with hourly pay. After training, you will advance to the Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives based on performance and employment status.
