What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in customer service, parts sales, or a related field Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment or machinery Comfortable with computers, email, and point-of-sale systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, customer-first attitude with a team-focused approach Self-motivated and reliable with a positive mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Additional Helpful Skills: Experience with Cat Systems Background in heavy construction equipment, parts, or industrial sectors
