Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Flooring Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across retail, contractors, installers, and property flippers in Nevada. This role offers a competitive base salary with a commission structure that rewards performance, providing significant earning potential for successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our flooring business within targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, contractors, installers, and property flippers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
  • Present product offerings, demonstrate features, and provide technical support to clients to drive sales.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Coordinate product orders, logistics, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team or work autonomously to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company's products and expand market reach.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales within the flooring or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry products, installation methods, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and deliver results.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $70,000 $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Commission/Bonus: Additional earning potential through performance-based commissions, bonuses, and incentives tied to sales volume and revenue generation.
