What will you be doing?
As a Bilingual Spanish Sales Assistant Manager, your role will focus on providing customers with high-quality products that enhance their lives. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their experiences!
Here’s a glimpse into a typical day:
Sales: Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and actively prospect new customers.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a friendly and helpful attitude, both in-store and in customers' homes.
Deliveries & Pickups: Show your winning spirit by safely loading, unloading, and installing products while ensuring compliance with all procedures.
Merchandising: Keep the store inviting by maintaining organized products and cleanliness for both customers and coworkers.
What are the minimum qualifications?
1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections
A high school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
A valid driver's license and a good driving record — You will be driving company vehicles
Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
Excellent communication and customer service skills
