Job Description: As an Account Representative (SALES), you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, conducting needs-based conversations to craft individualized insurance plans and meet customer needs in multiple risk areas. Qualifications: Fluent/Native proficiency in Spanish State Farm experience preferred but not required. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary licensing as required by the state , 02-14, 02-15) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with computers and CRMs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Prospect new customers outbound calls per day Conduct needs-based conversations with prospects to assess insurance needs Promote and sell Auto, Home, Life and Health (disability, supplemental medical) Insurance products Ensure proper policy rating by accurately inputting application details into the system. Benefits: $50-55,000 salary + commission + bonus $115,000 On Target Earnings Sign-on Bonus available to candidates with State Farm experience.
