Role Overview
As a Boutique Sales Associate in our Beverly Hills boutique, you will bring the Abel Richard experience to life on the boutique floor. Working under the direction of the Boutique Director, you will deliver personalized client experiences, achieve sales goals, and maintain operational excellence. You will embody the Abel Richard values and help cultivate lasting client relationships built on storytelling, trust, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
Deliver exceptional, individualized service, creating memorable moments for each client. Share detailed product knowledge and storytelling to inspire purchases. Build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM follow-up, and personalized outreach; established relationships within the luxury sector is preferred. Achieve or exceed personal and team sales targets. Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the Abel Richard aesthetic and standards at all times.
Boutique Operations
Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and merchandising standards aligned with VM guidelines. Support daily operations including inventory handling, restocking, and cycle counts. Accurately process POS transactions, ensuring completeness of CRM entries, payment handling, and client verifications. Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance & Asset Protection
Follow all asset protection guidelines, including key control, EAS tagging, and merchandise security. Support preparation and participation in physical inventory counts. Maintain organization and accuracy in all back-of-house and selling floor activities.
Team Support
Collaborate closely with the Boutique Director and fellow team members to meet business goals. Share best practices to support a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Uphold Abel Richard values integrity, creativity, and service in every client and team interaction.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-touch hospitality. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging a diverse and international clientele. POS and CRM system experience preferred. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational discipline. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual language skills a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages relevant to Beverly Hills clientele).
