All production titles are currently being considered including Company Owners, Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Loan Originators. Financial Stability-New Penn Financial/Shell Point partnershipOperational Efficiencies-48 Hour Underwriting, Paperless processConsistency -Direct Lender Seller Servicer FNMA, Freddie, Ginnie Mae, Shell Point Portfolio productsRealtor Partnership ProgramTechnology-CRM, Marketing assistance (email, direct mail )personal website, flyersFull benefits package (medical and dental insurance, company matching 401k, and more)Growth Opportunity-Leverage an industry leader with new Regional opportunitiesPrimary Function As a Self-Generated/Referral based Retail Producing Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Loan Originator you will be required to establish and maintain third party referral sources like Realtors, Financial Planner's, Builders, and CPA's.Principal Duties In managing a team you will be required to recruit, manage, mentor, and retain a group of Mortgage Loan OriginatorsGenerate Loan Applications from past clients and referral based lead sources like Realtors, Builders, Financial Planners, or CPA'sThink outside the box and work with Branch Manager and Regional Production Manager on recruitment efforts to help scale Regional teamHave an excellent working knowledge of New Penn's products including (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Investors, and Foreign Nationals)Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industryLeverage company reports to maintain high pull though ratio and efficient management of pipelineDesired Skills & ExperienceMinimum two years of mortgage loan originator experienceHigh energy self-starter with strong industry related contactsWorking knowledge of industry loan origination systemsUnderstands regulatory and over view of lending environment (Dodd-Frank)Licensing RequirementsPass a NPF background check required for state licensing and have an active Illinois Residential Loan Originator license issued by the state of IL
