If you want to be a part of a family that radiates positivity and has an undeniable passion for making brides' dreams come true, then this is the job for you Job Details: Meeting and consulting with brides on a daily basis Welcoming brides and their party when they come to the store in a warm and friendly manner Become quickly acquainted with each bride and foster a relationship so that the bride feels welcomed Assist brides in selecting gowns, accessories, and jewelry according to their style and price point Knowledgeable about our inventory, bridal/wedding trends, and designers Participate in fit and styling sessions to enhance product awareness + be able to give expert advice to each bride Must keep the floor stocked, cleaned and spotless at all times Must be able to work well with others (must know how to get along with everyone and have a great time making dreams come true) Requirements: Optimistic and friendly Must be a great salesperson Must have a love for people and excel in social environments Have a passion for going above and beyond for everyone Have excellent negotiation skills and be well-spoken Handle physical work (carrying heavy wedding gowns back and forth) It is a very active job Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; experience in bridal or formal wear is a plus. Bilingual preferred in English and Spanish. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve diverse clientele.
