What You'll Do
- Drive Market Growth: Lead the business development strategy for your territory with full support from care management and leadership.
- Establish Referral Networks: Build trusted relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, social workers, and community partners.
- Educate with Impact: Champion HomeWell's unique programs that help clients live well and age with dignity.
- Close with Purpose: Convert leads into clients through relationship-driven sales-not high-pressure pitches.
- Measure & Adapt: Track pipeline growth and referral metrics through WellSky Personal Care and continuously refine outreach strategies.
You Might Be the One If You...
- Have 3-5 years of proven sales success in home care, hospice, or healthcare
- Are already connected with discharge planners, ALF execs, or care coordinators
- Know how to grow a territory from referral-based business, not cold calling

- Can manage your own time while meeting clear monthly growth targets

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000
- Uncapped Commission: Earn a percentage on every converted case - no cap
- Performance Bonuses: Quarterly + Annual incentives
- Gas & Travel Stipend: Because great reps go places
- PTO: 10 vacation days + 7 holidays after 90 days
- 401(k): With eligibility after one year
- Healthcare Options: Discussed during offer stage
