What You’ll Do
This role focuses on new customer acquisition in a specific geographic area, offering high earning potential ($100k–$300k) with monthly commissions. You'll work independently to develop new business leads and convert target customers, with support from Sales Leadership. This position is considering candidates located in the Orlando, FL area.

Prospect and identify new customers, driving business growth.
Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities.
Represent Hayward at industry events and trade shows.
Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to meet targets and report progress.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Primary focus is to convert customers and build new business.
Proven B2B sales experience with a focus on growth and customer conversion.
Develops new targets through active prospecting and cold calling activities
Analyzes market trends and sales data to identify market opportunities for future business.
Assist the Sales Leadership Team in identifying and accurately forecasting market share opportunities.
Strong problem-solving and strategic selling skills.
Knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and automated control systems is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but all relevant experience considered.
