About Numera Numera delivers world-class accounting, transaction advisory, and CFO-level financial expertise to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. We partner with sponsors to support financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings (QoE), technical accounting, and ongoing finance transformation initiatives. We are seeking a quota-carrying Business Development Director responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing Financial Due Diligence, Quality of Earnings (QoE), and CFO Advisory engagements with Private Equity firms. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generation role. Candidates must have direct experience selling financial advisory, transaction diligence, or professional services into Private Equity firms. Role Economics Year 1 Revenue Target: $500K+ Year 2 Target: $1M+ Average Engagement Size: $20K–$75K (QoE) Recurring CFO Advisory: $5K–$65K/month Typical Sales Cycle: ~2 weeks Commission: 5% up to $1M, 10% thereafter (uncapped) What You’ll Be Selling: Our services include: Buy-side & sell-side Financial Due Diligence Quality of Earnings (QoE) Technical Accounting Advisory CFO & Finance Function Advisory Portfolio company accounting transformation We’re looking for a proven consultative seller with experience selling professional services into private equity firms.
