Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in packaging sales within the food manufacturing, foodservice, and/or hospitality industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers and identify new points of outreach.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Representative should have:
Proven experience in sales leadership within the packaging sales industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships effectively.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments to achieve company goals.

Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
75% variable pay (up to $210K OTE if achieving goals)
