Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Intelletec Energy Principal Recruitment Consultant at Intelletec, USA This role is with a leading independent provider of integrated power solutions to industrial, utility, and renewable asset markets across North America. They're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in for their low voltage and industrial electrical services across the Fresno region. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong existing pipeline and proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environments. We do require someone to have an existing network in the Fresno region. We're also hiring the same role in Dallas TX, Tulsa OK & Nashville TN (for other clients). Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for low voltage electrical services , including industrial electrician work, electrical maintenance, installations, and service contracts. Leverage your existing network and pipeline to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth. Develop strategic relationships with facility managers, plant engineers, project managers, and procurement leads in target industries. Collaborate with internal operations and estimating teams to deliver timely and accurate proposals. Offer customer's their NETA-certified services where applicable, though these will be a secondary focus . Attend industry events, site visits, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and stay attuned to market needs. Maintain CRM updates, forecasting accuracy, and activity reporting. Qualifications: 5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in the industrial electrical services sector (low voltage focus preferred). Demonstrated ability to bring a personal pipeline and hit the ground running. Deep knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth industrial and commercial market. Experience selling services to sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, food processing, utilities, or institutional clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
