Position Sol-Millennium is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to work with the Inside Sales Manager to drive brand awareness within the US market and begin a career in medical sales. The BDR will build a book of business in the non-acute medical space. The Inside Sales team will strive to exceed budgeted sales and margins through pipeline development, cold calling, and negotiating. Responsibilities New Business Hunt: Seek out new opportunities within various GPO contracts. Lead Generation: Generate fresh leads through strategic cold calling and email campaigns. Sales Target: Hit annual revenue targets with quarterly reviews to ensure success. Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities for continued growth. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft PowerBI for bi-weekly sales pipeline presentations. Target Setting: Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to set and achieve specific weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Sol-Millennium product portfolio.
