BL3ND Staffing is seeking driven, entrepreneurial Sales Associates to secure new staffing contracts across healthcare, administrative, warehouse, and professional services industries in the NY/NJ area.
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for self-motivated professionals who want the freedom to build their own book of business with the full support of a licensed staffing firm.

What You’ll Do Identify and engage potential clients and referral partners (hospitals, clinics, offices, warehouses).
Present BL3ND’s staffing services and close contracts for temporary and temp-to-perm staffing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR departments and hiring managers.
Negotiate agreements and ensure contracts are executed.
Meet or exceed monthly client acquisition and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate reporting of your pipeline, deals, and closed revenue.
Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Persistent and professional in prospecting and follow-up.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable learning the healthcare and staffing industry.
Basic computer and office software proficiency.
Results-oriented and motivated by performance-driven pay.
