Position Overview Sonic Clinical Trials USA is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Manager to spearhead market expansion and nurture lasting client relationships in the central laboratory services sector. This 6-month contract role (with a potential for extension) will oversee all facets of account management, including quoting, invoicing, reporting, and marketing. You will actively connect with industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and service adoption, directly contributing to revenue growth and operational excellence. Contract Details: Fixed Term - 6 Months, with possibility of extension Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Location: Remote - US Key Responsibilities: Implement targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in central laboratory services. Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, CROs, and other key stakeholders to foster new business opportunities. Lead discussions on proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations to align service agreements with customer needs and business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, project management, quality assurance) to ensure top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction. Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to shape business strategies and maintain industry relevance. Represent the company at major industry events and conferences, boosting brand visibility and generating leads. Assist in creating marketing materials and digital campaigns to promote our services and drive engagement. Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain accurate client databases to ensure service continuity. Contribute to reporting and forecasting efforts, guiding senior leadership on pipeline performance and revenue outlook. Participate in collaborative meetings with the global sales team between 4 PM and 8 PM CST. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify revenue generation opportunities. Deep knowledge of the USA clinical trials market and relevant industry experience. Sales or project management experience in a CRO or health management organization. Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets while developing long-term client relationships. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, clinical trial management databases, and quick to learn new systems. Able to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Possess sales negotiation qualifications and membership in relevant industry associations. Qualifications: Required: Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Preferred: Master's degree.
