Responsibilities
Drives various sales projects especially new customer development and the implementation of new business
Maintains and updates sales forecast and other reports weekly.
Coordinates product sample requests such as scheduling samples with the development lab and then seeing that product samples are made in a timely manner, then they are packaged and shipped to existing or potential customers.
Interact with customers, establish relationships and customer needs and opportunities.
Actively manage and grow accounts including the pre-existing customer base.
Emphasis is on market coverage calling to generate new business as well as working on account penetration introducing new items
Initiating contact with prospective customers and presenting strategies for elevating sales.
Manage existing account base and present strategies for elevating sales
Review sales analysis to determine account profitability
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Build and foster working relationships and partnerships within the industry and community
Attend appropriate trade shows
What do we need?
Demonstrated learners who are open and capable of learning new, more powerful methods that will make them consistent winners
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and persuasive relationship builders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer savvy
Minimum 3 years of sales or sales related experience in a dynamic environment
