Servicing Central Pennsylvania with Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate. We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. Account Representatives must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.

General Job Duties:
We are seeking an ambitious sales professional focused on growing the company.

Responsibilities:

• The Sales Representative is responsible for relationship-building and other sales-related activities within FRSTeam by CRP geographical territory.
• Primary client contacts are commercial partners, insurance adjusters and restoration contractors.
• Develops sales with client base while prospecting for new business within an assigned region.
• Maintain and cultivate existing customer base by means of monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly contacts.
• Effectively use software to track sales and relationship activities.
• Ability to present marketing campaigns and programs to existing and potential clients.
• Set goals, self-motivated, and work independently
• Occasionally help with rush order pack out on jobsites
• Scope, evaluate and set plan for pack out and restoration
• Communicate with all vested parties involved throughout the restoration process

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of strong sales background with proven results
• Preferred Restoration sales experience
• Professional communication skills, people-oriented, and highly organized.
• Experience with CRM
• Salary Range below dependent on experience and is a base salary range. Commission percentage to be paid above
• Large territory with minimal competitors high commission earning potential
