What You’ll Do: Build and manage client relationships through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person meetings

Present tailored staffing solutions aligned with client timelines and workforce needs

Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to ensure quality temp-to-hire and direct hire placements

Maintain CRM records and manage a robust sales pipeline

Represent SourcePoint Staffing with professionalism in the industrial staffing and professional staffing markets

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management (preferred)

Background in industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades sectors preferred

Sales-focused mindset with a drive to exceed performance goals

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
