Qualifications:
Required:
- Must have 9+ yrs experience in TSBD and sales exposure in chemicals/specialty chemicals (hunting role).
- Strong planning and decision-making skills, with proficiency in international communication.
- Flexibility to travel in the North and South America.
Preferred:
- Prefer candidates with product knowledge in Aquapharm product lines includes: Phosphonates, Biodegradable Chelating Agents, MBT – Biocide, Polymers, Questoll Detergent Additive, Acetyl Chloride.
KRA:
1. Develop assigned geographic sales area (US) to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
2. Focus on non-contractual direct business and dealer development.
3. Coordinate with all dealers and provide them organization support in terms of help required to address market needs.
4. Evaluate prospective dealer for the new appointment in consultation with CEO VP/ Head Sales.
5. Feed dealers with the technical information on application, data sheets, samples etc. enabling them to cover the market more effectively.
6. Understand each market segment and devise effective pricing strategy, product offerings to overcome entry barriers.
7. Provide pricing support to upcountry sales representatives in consultation with CEO VP/ Head Sales.
8. Provide new product development support in consultation with R D, ADC to international sales representatives.
9. Steering the sales in US (Head of US).
10. Steering the small CRM team in US.
11. Analysis of existing distributors and bringing in new ones if needed.
