Applicants must be within driving distance to our Nashville, TN office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office three days per week.

A day in the life.

As an Business Insurance Inside Sales Producer, you will:

• Responsible for initiating information gathering and providing risk management recommendations on specified 
accounts 
• Conducts periodic service calls for designated accounts, either via electronic communication (email, ZOOM, 
TEAMS) or in-person. 
• All Standard Operating Procedures followed per our SOP Manual. If an item is not the manual, team members will 
make their direct report aware so that the information may be reviewed and added as needed. 
• Maintains a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with customers, agency, and company 
personnel to minimize potential errors and omissions. 
• Independently reviews renewals to determine if non-standard policies can be rewritten in a standard program. 
Secures and submits required renewal underwriting information as needed. 
• Receives phone calls and office visitors requesting quotes, changes to existing coverage and/or new policies. 
Determines acceptability and placement, complete necessary forms and documents all information in the CRM 
system. 
• Actively solicits increases in limits and/or coverages or round out accounts through sales to client at every service 
contact. 
• Actively seeks referrals from current client base for new business prospects. 
• Documents all material conversations with insureds and/or carriers regarding exposures and coverages in our 
agency automation system (ImageRight). 
• Performs related duties to benefit the mission and core values of the organization 

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred 
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines 
• Commercial Lines experience in an RIA niche', preferred 
• Excellent verbal and written skills 
• Ability to use a personal computer and agency automation software 

• Property & Casualty License required
