The Business Insurance Sales Manager Program gives an eligible candidate the opportunity to work hard, join a winning team, and help people insure what matters most to them. You will also benefit from built-in relationships other Farmers agents have with existing customers.


You will have access to a broad customer base by working as a service provider for other Farmers agents. This bypasses the time-consuming process of building a pipeline from scratch and helps you get off to a fast start!

You will split commissions with other Farmers agents

Responsibilities

Work with multiple agents, helping them grow their business insurance within their own agencies.


Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person networking.


Educate clients on insurance options and tailor policies to meet their needs.


Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and expert advice.


Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive, go-getter attitude.


Requirements

A self-starter with strong communication and people skills.

Motivated by challenges, goals, and income potential.

Sales experience is required. Outside sales experience is highly preferred.

Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License, we cover the licensing fees.

Must be able to pass a background check.
